At Kinky Krowns, you will be serviced in a professional, relaxing, home environment, where providing you with the ultimate grooming experience is my goal.

All services are by appointment only.

The time for your appointment is blocked off only for you. Being on time ensures I am able to focus on you for your booked appointment and ensure I can offer the same attention to the next client during their session as well. Life happens, so please let me know if you will be more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. Appointment cancelations require at least a 24-hour notice to prevent additional fees.

Please shampoo your hair within 24 hours of your appointment, including consultation, establishment and retightenings.

Sisterlocks® are offered as a 3-visit package. You will be quoted a price for the package during your consultation. A $25 non-refundable fee is due to book your consultation, but will be applied to the overall package price you are quoted should you decide to book an establishment.

A $200 deposit is due to book your establishment date.

Cash, CashApp and PayPal are acceptable forms of payment.

If you refer a client who gets the 3-visit Sisterlocks® package with me (gets her Sisterlocks® established), you will receive a free retightening!

I reserve the right to take photographs of my work for advertisement, documentation and demonstration purposes.

You should arrive to your appointment with clean hair in its natural state. Do not blow dry or straighten your hair in any way.
Do not apply anything to your hair, no oil, conditioner or other hair products at all. During your consultation, we will discuss your hair history, styling preferences and overall hair goals to determine if Sisterlocks® is right for you. We will discuss how to maintain and care for Sisterlocks®, and I will answer any questions you may have.

Several sample locks will be placed in your hair and you will be asked to wash it at least twice before your establishment to help me determine the correct locking pattern for your hair.

At the conclusion of your consultation, you will be quoted a price for the establishment of your Sisterlocks®.Pricing is dependent upon hair length, density and size of the head. An establishment date will be set based on my and your next availability. A deposit is required to book your establishment, will be applied toward your quoted package price and is non-refundable.

Do not blow dry your hair or straighten it in any way. Your establishment will be scheduled over a 2 to 3-day period, so wear comfortable clothing, bring a book, favorite electronics, movie suggestions, snacks and lots of patience! At the end of your establishment, you will be given a starter kit with the starter shampoo, rubber bands and an instruction sheet on how to properly groom and shampoo your hair until your locks settle in.

Before you leave, we will schedule our follow-up visit for 3-4 weeks after your establishment. It is very important that you keep this appointment and all appointments that we schedule in the future, as timely maintenance is the key to beautiful, healthy Sisterlocks® over time.
